If you thrive in a role that balances strategic management with hands-on involvement, this is the perfect opportunity to lead, inspire, and drive change., As Team Manager for the Sutton and Merton Complex Needs Service, you will provide leadership, ensuring high-quality psychological care for individuals with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder. You'll oversee daily operations, manage staff and work closely with the Clinical Lead and Consultant Psychiatrists to deliver evidence-based therapies like DBT and MBT.
Key responsibilities include performance management, supervision, and workforce planning, ensuring service targets are met while fostering a supportive, inclusive team culture. You'll drive service improvements, manage resources effectively, and ensure adherence to clinical governance, safeguarding, and Trust policies.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You'll need the ability to inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders, service users, and carers. A strategic mindset is essential to enhance service delivery, while emotional intelligence and resilience will help navigate complex situations with compassion.
