You'll oversee daily operations, manage staff and work closely with the Clinical Lead and Consultant Psychiatrists to deliver evidence-based therapies like DBT and MBT.

Key responsibilities include performance management, supervision, and workforce planning, ensuring service targets are met while fostering a supportive, inclusive team culture. You'll drive service improvements, manage resources effectively, and ensure adherence to clinical governance, safeguarding, and Trust policies.
