Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to join our Mental Health Social Care team in Hyndburn and Ribble Valley. The team is an integrated Mental Health team working in partnership with all internal and external professionals involved in assessment and service provision with health colleagues.
As part of this team you will manage and oversee the Mental Health Social Care staff within the Adult Community Mental Health Team in Hyndburn and Ribble Valley, providing management support and leadership to Senior Social Workers, Social Workers and Social Care Support Officers.
You will also need to provide professional supervision and oversight to members of the team as well as contribute to the development of the county wide Mental Health Service.
This role is based on a 5 day working pattern, Monday-Friday.
