Full Job Description

As a Team PA you'll be responsible for the provision of secretarial support to the Employment teams. You will work nationally with the other PAs to provide high quality administrative assistance to the team. You will be joining a national team working in a busy environment and will need to handle a challenging workload. Core responsibilities will include:

  • Making sure all team files are in good order and databases are kept up to date
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Co-ordinating fee earner diaries
  • General administrative support
  • Acting as a key contact point for clients and colleagues
  • Handling fee earner queries by email, phone & MS Teams
  • Arranging diary appointments, organising meetings
  • Managing the billing process and accounts housekeeping
  • Assisting with the organisation of business development events and activities
  • Deeds scheduling on-site at regional office on an ad-hoc basis

  • Proven PA experience in a comparable position within certain practice area
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
