Full Job Description

The role will be to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administration duties as follows, You will work closely with primary care administrator and provide cover when necessary.
Check multiple systems and receive referrals into team from various agencies.
Complete outcomes after SPoAA meeting each morning and distribute to relevant colleagues/agencies.
This position also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet the demands of working in a busy environment and is able to represent the department with due professionalism.

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive team secretary to join the MH & LD admin team at Nant Y Glyn to support the SPoAA team. The candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills., This position requires someone who is a team player, flexible, organised and is able to work well under pressure with the ability to use various data systems accurately., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply., If you relish a challenge, have a passion to help others or simply fancy a fresh start, then Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales, has all the right ingredients.
