Exciting opportunity to join us as a Technical Business Analyst in the Value Creation team within the E-commerce area of Digital Sales at Virgin Media O2. E-commerce is our key growth channel, responsible for delivering sales revenue targets spanning Cable acquisition and Mobile acquisition/upgrade. The Value Creation team is passionate about enhancing the Cable acquisition journey and boosting the overall conversion rate through innovative thinking. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in drawing out key technical details, identifying areas for improvement, and effectively communicating these insights to our teams and stakeholders., Join us in redefining our journeys by demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive impact and realise benefits. You will work closely with our engineers, delivery team, and Senior Product Owner to ensure the successful delivery of our strategy and goals. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a relatively new team and make a significant contribution to our success.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a Technical Business Analyst role
  • Strong technical background and understanding
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with all levels of the business.
  • Comfortable operating at pace and with ambiguity, able and willing to change directions where necessary

  • Understanding of agile ways of working
  • Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce team
  • Strong inter-personal skills to ensure delivery across multiple collaborators in very varied teams and subject areas
  • Highly organised, determined with attention to detail
  • Strong working experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Jira
