Technical Cleaning Operative

As a Technical Cleaning Operative, you will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across various locations by performing specialist and cleaning tasks. This includes deep cleaning, biohazard and crime scene cleaning, window and high-level cleaning, and floor maintenance to meet company and client requirements. The role contributes to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for clients and the public while adhering to health and safety regulations.,

• Cleaning and maintaining hard surface floors, carpets, and upholstery.
• Operating floor care machinery (buffers, scrubbers, etc.).
• Deep cleaning washrooms, windows, and high surfaces.
• Graffiti and exterior cladding cleaning.
• Emergency response cleaning (trauma, crime scenes, hazardous materials).
• Adhering to Health & Safety protocols and proper equipment use.
• Professional interaction with clients and site staff.
