Full Job Description

The role is part of Toshiba Carrier, and its main aim is to provide customer service and technical support to all external and internal clients. It will include resolving customers' inquiries on products availability, maintenance and the status of orders. Our portfolio of products includes VRFs, split systems, chillers etc. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with customer external & internal technical calls.
  • Attending site to assist customers with technical issue.
  • Completing detailed technical reports in a timely manner.
  • Working under direct supervision to provide satisfactory and quality customer service.

    Previous experience with HVAC Products (VRFs / chillers / split systems)
  • F-gas certificate
  • Hydrocarbon certificate as a plus
  • Guilds or NC in Refrigeration
  • UK driving license
  • Very good communication skills
  • Computer skills including Microsoft 360 & Outlook
  • Willingness to travel to the other sites (not very often)
