You will play a crucial part in managing public enquiries, by telephone and email. Your focus will be on providing effective technical administrative support while dealing with a wide range of highway-related queries. You'll be the go-to contact for site-based staff and will manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the various teams.

• Strong administration skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Experience in customer-focused environments with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with databases (training provided for in-house systems).
• Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced office setting.
• A detail-oriented approach with the ability to follow established processes.
• Experience in working with public services or a technical support environment.
• Welsh language skills are desirable.
