My client is one of the worlds leading manufacturers within their industry.

They are currently looking for a Shopfloor Team Leader to join their team.

The Role - Shopfloor Team Leader:

• Supervising a small team


• Overlooking Health & Safety, carrying out risk assessments


• Quality checking parts using various hand tools


• Supervising assembly procedures, as well as working on an assembly line


• Working independently and as part of a team

Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Fabrication Team Leader:

• Previous team leader experience desirable


• Background in Mechanical Engineering or Fabrication


• Able to quality check own parts


• Able to carry out Risk Assessments


• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures


• Motivated and excellent team player

The Package - Shopfloor Team Leader:

• Starting salary £30,000 per annum


• Overtime available


• Free onsite parking


• 28 Days Holiday
