Telecoms Billing Administrator - 10 month FTC
We're seeking a Billing Administrator to support Marston's Telecoms with the payment management of our client accounts. Marston's Telecoms is the telecoms business behind the UK's leading local pub company, Marston's pubs. It has developed into a thriving service provider, specialising in delivering Broadband, telephony and Wi-Fi services to the hospitality industry. Reporting into our Head of Telecoms, the Billing Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and timely telecommunications billing processes. This role ensures that customers and suppliers are invoiced correctly, discrepancies are resolved promptly, and billing data is accurately tracked and reported.
The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the organisation and process requirements of a telecommunications business, although a demonstrable willingness to learn and a customer-centric approach to problems will also be strongly considered. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial as is an understanding of financial systems and processing. Good analytical and numerical skills would be an advantage along with experience of report generation, although not critical as training will be provided.
This is a 10 month Fixed Term Contract, covering parental leave. The role is based exclusively at our modern head offices in the centre of Wolverhampton.
