Temporary Live In Carer in Surrey

A full time live in carer is required by a senior client based in Surrey to help with basic activities of daily living and assist with mobility. Someone who speaks Tagalog would be a bonus. This is a temporary role and the carer is expected to work for around 10 days.

Working hours: 12 hours a day with breaks

Duties include:

help with basic activities of daily living eg if she is struggling with putting on a shirt or pyjama bottoms
escorting to the loo as and when required
emptying the commode as necessary
ensuring pills are available each day as per instructions
escalation/communication with family if any concerns regarding clients's health
providing companionship
keeping the home tidy
disposing of hygiene rubbish bags as required
washing up/loading and unloading dishwasher as required
laundry (only as required)
have washing machine and tumble drier
occasional shopping if required
preparing meals and snacks/coffee/water
They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit. The ideal start date is on the 19th of October.
