We are looking to recruit an experienced Tenancy Manager on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to join our established, hard working team. You will be responsible for managing, supporting and guiding the Tenancy Management Team in dealing with Anti-social Behaviour, Community Standard Inspections, Tenancy issues and Mutual Exchanges. Working with the tenancy manager for lettings and tenancy sustainment, you will ensure customers receive a consistent service in both tenancy and lettings services. You will provide cover for the tenancy manager for lettings and tenancy sustainment, when they are not at work. Managing tenancy issues to a highest possible standard, ensuring Coastline monitors and supports residents who may be struggling to maintain their tenancy. You will also effectively manage ASB cases in line with Coastline's ASB and Good Neighbour policy. Preparing regular reports and providing statistical information on the Tenancy Management Team's performance, together with updating policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You will also monitor performance against targets, reviewing and amending as necessary.

• Possesses, or is working towards, a Chartered Institute of Housing qualification

• Has a demonstrable ability to manage and motivate staff
• Is able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, has practical experience of producing clear and concise reports, and of presenting data in a range of formats
