Full Job Description

£31,067 - £34,314 per year. Two opportunities have arisen for experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team of Housing Support Workers at the Tenancy Support Unit, responsible for assisting service users to maintain and sustain tenancies across Swansea., The Tenancy Support Unit (TSU) provides housing related support across the communities of Swansea. We work alongside people to help them gain skills to deal with the issues that affect them in order to maintain and sustain their homes.

As a Support Worker, you will provide a floating support service by visiting people in their own homes and to people who reside in temporary accommodation.
You will provide housing related support that enables and empowers service users to address their issues, achieve their support goals and ultimately improve their ability to maintain their current or future accommodation., This is a permanent position, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday. It is based in Housing Options and across the City of Swansea. The post holder must have the use of a car and hold a full driving licence.
