o Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage a variety of audiences. o Experience of working in a customer focused environment o Good interpersonal skills with an ability to be diplomatic & discreet o An ability to form and to develop effective working relationships with a wide range of people and other agencies o An ability to use more sophisticated ICT applications and databases is desirable but not essential; otherwise, you must have an ability to use basic software programmes for record-keeping, communications and reports.

  • What you'll be doing As a Tenant Involvement Officer, you'll play a vital role in creating a culture of collaboration and inclusivity. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Championing tenant engagement to ensure their voices inform key decisions
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to enhance tenant-focused initiatives
  • Enable tenants to have a wide range of opportunities to influence major decisions
  • Produce engaging content for newsletters, publications and digital platforms
  • Develop innovative ways to connect with under-represented and hard to reach groups.
