Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Acute Team at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester., The successful candidates will need to be a manual car driver and be prepared to work in a flexible way. We cover a 7 day service so regular weekend working will be required.

We encourage candidates to come and have informal visits.

Within the acute team at RHCH we cover over 260 beds in the following specialties:
1. ICU and surgery (general/vascular)
2. Front Door (ED, Acute Medical Unit)
3. General medicine (Respiratory, Gastroenterology, Cardiology)
4. Elderly medicine/Frailty

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who wants to work within a team whose priority is to rehabilitate patients back to their maximum functional ability., We are looking for candidates with good communication skills and the ability to motivate patients and who ideally have previous experience of working with people in an enabling or caring environment, although this is not essential and can be discussed at interview., Disability Confident
