Vendors Teamtailor Creative · London · Hybrid Remote, As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Creative Operations Manager to join our Digital Creative team. If you enjoy being at the heart of the Creative Production process and defining project management processes, then this is the role for you. You'll work closely with our creatives and stakeholders across the business to manage creative briefing and workload. You'll also partner with our Art Directors on location shoots throughout the year. What you will be doing: CREATIVE/MARKETING PRODUCTION OPERATIONS (60% of your time)

  • Day to day trafficking of briefs from briefing through to completion on Monday.com:
  • Ensuring all briefs are up to scratch before our creative team start on them and working with stakeholders to gather all the information if they're not
  • Creating and managing project timelines, flagging any potential risks or time/priority challenges
  • Power user of advanced automation features in Monday.com.
  • Managing and optimising of our ways of working:
  • Owning our briefing system and ensuring all briefs are submitted via the system, alongside managing reporting, automations and integrations
  • Devise reporting that monitors and tracks volume of output, flagging concerns and providing solutions for greater efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments, Product team, Ecom to drive seamless cross functional project collaboration.
  • Standardising information hubs on SharePoint across the brand and Ecom team.
  • CAMPAIGN SHOOT PRODUCTION (40% of your time)
  • Supporting on the production of our shoots:
  • Managing all sample collation and returns, flagging any risks to shoots where samples won't arrive in time
  • Liaising with suppliers and booking in locations, talent and freelance support
  • Dealing with all contracts, POs and invoicing, ensuring shoots stick to budget
  • Preparing call sheets ahead of shoots and managing timings on the day

  • PHOTOGRAPHY AND MOTION: Location shoots/CGI renders for all Joseph Joseph products
  • BRAND & PR: Photography, Events, Organic Social
  • AMAZON.COM: Significant retailer store on the platform
  • RETAILER.COM: Servicing the image and content needs of B2B retailers (i.e., John Lewis)
  • PRODUCT: B2B communications (i.e., corporate videos that demo products)
  • HR: Internal communications and events

    Previous experience of project management and traffic flow systems in an in-house or agency environment.
  • Previous experience and demonstrable experience of Monday.com use or other project management software where skills can easily transfer.
  • Previous experience of shoot production across photography and video
  • Great at organisation and problem-solving
  • Comfortable in a 'start-up' environment where ways of working may sometimes need to be more fluid
  • Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects at once
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role
