You will support the business from our People team and help ensure that we continue to be an employer of choice, someone who will help us drive our ambitious People plan and help us set up our teams for success. As part of your everyday role, you're likely to be involved in the following: People focussed

  • Answering general People team directed questions.
  • Ensuring that all HR related administration is processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Processing all new starter administration.
  • Assisting with employee lifecycle administration including leavers.
  • Supporting with formal meetings for Employee Relations cases.
  • Training coordination
  • Scheduling and organising training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtual.
  • Managing training calendars and ensuring timely communication with participants and trainers.
  • Arranging venues, equipment, and materials for in-person training events.
  • Administrative support
  • Maintaining and updating training records, in the learning management system (LMS).
  • Preparing and distributing pre- and post-training materials such as agendas, evaluations, and feedback forms.

    Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Experience of HR Information systems - we currently use Hi-Bob
  • Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset as we love data!
  • Passion and drive to deliver a high-level service to our teams.
  • The ability to work at pace, manage multiple tasks and multiple projects at any one time.
  • A team player mentality, with the ability to work collaboratively or sometimes independently when required.
  • An eye for detail and the highest of standards in everything you do.
