Full Job Description
The Toll Team exists to own, govern and execute the global internal toll and sell-through business processes, enabling supply to customers while maximizing financial value to AstraZeneca. The current reach extends to 9 AZ toll sites and virtual sell-through from 6 AZ Sites across all global regions. The Toll team sits within Global Supply Chain and Strategy (GSC&S), within Operations, and is responsible for managing key business processes linked to AstraZeneca's tolling and financial sell-through processes. The Axial Programme will be powered by S/4HANA a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system which will be implemented right across the organisation and will provide our business with standardised processes, enhanced financial management, common data and real time reporting, transforming the way we work through our entire supply chain - from bench to patient. The new system will be used by more than 20,000 employees daily, is foundational to all AZ entities and is central to most core business processes. This is a once in a generation programme for AstraZeneca and will shape our ways of working globally for many years to come. This role supports the delivery of the Axial programme, overseeing and managing the transition of business processes to the new S/4HANA system. - Act as a change champion for the Axial Project.
- Understand and communicate the Axial Toll and sell-through business changes.
- Identify impacted local procedures for creation, modification, or deletion; work with the team and Axial to design, document, and implement SOPs to operationalize Axial design.
