- Use developing knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, combined with on-the-job process expertise and stakeholder input to identify opportunities, prioritize, and manage improvement projects.
- Lead the project and analysis on improving process yield and rigor.
- Facilitate action workouts and management strategic meetings.
- Lead and influence TPM culture change at all levels of the business
Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Science or Business - Deep experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment.
- Experience in coaching and leading cross-functional teams, including team building, understanding motivation, influencing techniques, and providing work direction to others
- Experience in TPM Principals and methods (5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, visual management, Kaizen & CAP).

Expected to implement rapid change; be a hands-on team builder able to recognise others' resistance to change and lead individuals and teams through the change process. Reports to Operations Director with guidance from Regional TPM Manager.
