Trade Mark Renewals Clerk

As a Renewals Clerk in the Trade Mark team you will need to have a high level of accuracy and be able to work to numerous strict daily deadlines. You will also need to be able to help in the day to day running of the Trade Mark department. The duties of this role shall include but be limited to:

• Renew Trade Mark and Design registrations worldwide.
• To monitor, file and action e-mails in the Trade Marks inbox and fielding all incoming queries from around the world where necessary.
• Assist with general support duties for the wider paralegal team and our solicitors and trade mark attorneys,
• Prepare cost estimates for Trade Mark and Design renewals worldwide; and
• Assist with monthly billing and billing queries
  
  We are looking for candidates with prior Trade Mark and Design experience if possible.
• General knowledge of the Trade Mark and Design registration process would be an advantage.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise, be organised and efficient.
• Be IT literate and to always follow the Firm's policy in this request.
• Excellent customer service expertise
• Excellent written, numeracy and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility with the capability to adapt to change, new practices and cope under pressure but with the ability to recognise when to seek assistance.
• Able to integrate within a team and able to work on your own initiative.
• Friendly and helpful approach.
