Trading Venue Operations Associate

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build relationships across multiple departments and troubleshoot and resolve issues in our technology stack. Role Responsibilities Market Support Broker support Trade issue investigation Trading application support and investigation Market Control Instrument/curve creation and configuration Client/account onboarding and maintenance Trading and settlement holiday amendments Maintain client credit matrix for selected products Trade Management Monitor trade flows, via the in-house exception monitoring tools available. Have in depth knowledge of Stock Loan Margin procedures, agree cash values with client while mitigating risk to the firm. Client Services Deployment of ICAP's trading platforms, either by internet or packaged
Technical support STP and API support Liaise with 3rd parties such as ION, ICE, Reuters, Bloomberg SSEOMS. Owns/manages onboarding process for clients for exchange integrations from TP ICAP software (e.g. CBOE) Experience / Competences Essential Strong client facing ability Service orientated with good understanding of trade flows Experience in a support role from a market or technical perspective Must be a strong team player, and highly committed Desired An excellent communicator, both written and verbal Strong Equities knowledge Honest and trustworthy, with an open communication style Takes ownership of an issue through to resolution Motivated and highly organised Job Band & Level: Professional, 4 Not The Perfect Fit?
