Supporting management and reporting.
Assisting the commercial team and following group policies and processes.
Helping manage the relationships with subcontractors, housing associations and external partners.
You'll be key in helping determining and agreeing site start programs and assisting with commercial matters for new and existing developments.
Partaking in site visits, including not only the current and new sites, but also potential sites, seeing the future of Gleeson Homes.

Grade 4/C or equivalent in Maths and English
Extensive knowledge and application of Microsoft Office
Good Organisational skills
Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively
Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
Good verbal and written communication
Numerical and Literate
The desire and determination to work collaboratively and progress as a team
