Trainee Finance Business Partner

As a Trainee Finance Business Partner, you will play a vital role in our finance team, supporting the business in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. This position is key to driving our financial performance and ensuring sustainable growth., Assist in financial reporting and analysis
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Collaborate with various departments to understand and communicate financial data

Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software

Experience:

Working knowledge of Sage, ideally Sage 200.
Ability to produce and analyse complex excel spreadsheets and data.
Working knowledge of accounts to trail balance, including sales and cost analysis, accruals and prepayments.
