Full Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our used vehicle sales team at our Motorpark operation in Plasmarl, Swansea.,

  • Serving as a liaison between our valued customers and the business
  • Confirming sales terms and agreements, and finalising transactions with customers
  • Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
  • Addressing customer enquiries and addressing their concerns to facilitate the purchasing decision

    This is a busy, high performing site and as such we are looking for a motivated, driven individual to join the team., The ideal candidate will:
  • have an understanding of sales process, preferably in a retail environment
  • be capable of engaging with customers confidently and professionally, whether through email, telephone, virtual appointments, or in the showroom.
  • possess excellent negotiation skills to successfully close sales deals to regularly achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • preferably, have experience of working within a customer facing environment.
  • be organised and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • be computer literate.
  • be able to work on one's own initiative as well as being an effective team player.
  • possess a valid full driving licence.

    You would be expected to work an average of 41hrs per week (on a rota basis that includes weekends) and in return would receive a basic salary, commission package (with staged increases based on experience) and use of a company car upon successful completion of your probationary period.,
