We are looking for a Trainee Senior Care Assistant to join our team to provide exceptional care to our residents. Rates of pay:
- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care: £12.81 per hour Introduction to the role Orchard Care Homes is at the forefront of delivering high quality individual care to meet the person's needs. Our focus is on ensuring medication is appropriate and providing meaningful activities to everyone. As a Trainee Senior Care Assistant, you will receive full training and support from our experienced team in providing hight-quality care. Your role will include assisting with daily activities, offering personal care, and helping to create a warm, supportive environment for our residents. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress to a senior role as you gain experience. Main Duties
- To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate a high personalised standard of Nursing care which meets the individuals needs and the high standards expected at Orchard Care Homes.
- To always ensure individuals are treated with respect and dignity and that individual's rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.
- You will be a team player who will lead, supervise, support and develop the care team.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as will you be closely liaising with external professionals, individuals and relatives.
Previous experience in healthcare. - NVQ Level 2 in Health and social care - mandatory.
