• NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care: £12.81 per hour

As a Trainee Senior Care Assistant, you will receive full training and support from our experienced team in providing hight-quality care. Your role will include assisting with daily activities, offering personal care, and helping to create a warm, supportive environment for our residents. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress to a senior role as you gain experience. Main Duties
• To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate a high personalised standard of Nursing care which meets the individuals needs and the high standards expected at Orchard Care Homes.
• To always ensure individuals are treated with respect and dignity and that individual's rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.
• You will be a team player who will lead, supervise, support and develop the care team.
• You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as will you be closely liaising with external professionals, individuals and relatives.
  
  Previous experience in healthcare.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and social care - mandatory.
