• Identifying training needs for crew members before joining or returning on board.
• Proactively contacting crew members to discuss and arrange training.
• Compliance reporting to ensure planned activities are delivered as required.
• Managing annual CSMART visits for officers.
• Ensuring fleet colleagues are suitably qualified and experienced according to Fleet Training Matrices and Maritime Flag State requirements.
  
  Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
• Integrity and compliance enforcement.
• Proactivity in escalating problems and seeking solutions.
