Training Coordinator

What you'll be doing: To develop, review and maintain resources, including but not limited to, user guides, videos Be involved in the design of training packages Assist in project workshops with other areas of the business Communicating and working with the internal Business Systems team. UAT Testing Update documentation following new system releases Support the development of training needs assessment, feedback and monitoring systems Coordinating training calendars of events, to schedule delivery dates, participants Assisting with queries and enquiries Supporting the Systems Training Team Leader in team deliverables What you'll have: Demonstrating excellent customer service and support Excellent written and communication skills Sound decision making skills Knowledge and experience of dealing with escalation routes when problems arise On-going development and continuous improvement of technology products Drive effective change management initiatives Make constructive contributions and
