Training Desk Manager

You will be responsible for the ESS Training Administration & Sales Solutions department, ensuring effective planning, resource and administration of the business' training provision and supporting the business in achieving revenue and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Efficient scheduling of courses and relevant resources by resourcing and scheduling Associates on a strategic basis.


• Effective upkeep of clients training records and archives.


• Maintaining customer relationships and ensure focus on customer solutions.


• Trainer and client feedback reporting and resolution.


• Liaising with the Regional Operations teams to effectively plan and organise equipment resources ensuring appropriate availability.


• Work closely with the Training Team and wider business operations to proactively manage the fleet.


• Day to day Supervision - resource planning, holiday planning, setting objectives, measuring performance.


• Effective administration of both client & supplier invoices, credits & queries.


• Timely production of joining instructions, certificates, ID cards and handouts to comply with service level agreements
  
  Knowledge of confined space training requirements desirable


• Good customer service skills.


• Ability to prioritise workloads.
