You will be enthusiastic and passionate about teaching, learning and developing individuals' skills through a range of training programmes and interventions, ideally with experience in a learning and development (L&D) or organisational development (OD) setting. You are a proactive, tech-savvy individual who can translate learning needs into engaging digital content. You will have a keen interest in continuous improvement and in using digital tools to enhance the learner's experience.
What you will do:
Deliver training to staff across all services within the organisation, both face to face and through digital platforms, along with the delivery of a suite of training courses to an increasing number of external customers. Work with partnership organisations on the design, facilitation and delivery of joint initiatives. To embrace the organisation's agile working arrangements and see working from home as part of the overall package you deliver.
