Training Support Assistant

As Training Support Assistant you will join the Trust's Testing and Training team who provide support for a range of clinical systems that the digital delivery team oversees. The work of the team includes testing system upgrades, system improvements and delivery programmes for new systems. The role also involves training front line staff in the use of these programmes., The purpose of the role is to provide an effective comprehensive range of administrative support to the Testing and Training Team This will involve routine and delegated work streams to enable the team to maintain all the training for current clinical systems, problem solve and resolve issues as they occur during testing and help deliver future project developments.

• Maintaining the Help functionality within the clinical systems.
• Maintaining the Clinical System Guides and support documentation both on the Trust intranet and for the team.
• Maintain and update the relevant Clinical System e-learning packages.
• Ensure new starters are supported to get quick access to learning and to the clinical systems.
