Full Job Description

The Transformation Programme Manager is a pivotal role within the Strategy & SDN Domain team, driving change management and organisational leadership to transform and grow VBTS UK.

The role involves leading transformation programmes and projects, prioritising and realising projected benefits aligned with the strategic roadmap.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the strategic transformation plan, managing interconnected projects, and ensuring optimal return on investment.

The role also requires robust governance, regular reporting, and effective communication to ensure organisational buy-in and alignment with strategic milestones

Project/Programme Management: Proven experience in managing large, complex, and multi-disciplined projects/programmes. Ideally P2P or MSP Certified.

Adaptability: Flexible and effective in a changing environment.

Matrix Environment: Ability to work in a matrix environment, building relationships at all levels, and adapting style and influencing skills to suit complex relationships.

Business Change Skills: Strong skills in business change with a can-do attitude.

Solutions-Oriented: Desire to implement creative solutions.

Communication and Collaboration: Highly effective communicator and collaborator, adept at using various communication techniques to handle challenging situations and audiences.

Strategic Growth: Champion of strategic growth.

Operational and Commercial Acumen: Strong operational and commercial understanding.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to respond positively to constructive challenges, ensuring stakeholder buy-in while focusing on transformation programme milestones and benefits.

Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise.
