All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe's latest high speed rail projects., In this role, you will provide direct assistance to the Fleet Manager who is the day-to-day focal point for HGV and White Fleet management with the business. You will provide support to the Fleet Manager on a wide variety of tasks related to planning, managing, supervising, and coordinating fleet management related activities. You will ensure that the Operation Support Strategy is adhered to and provide guidance on all fleet related areas. You will be responsible for receiving new vehicles when delivered to site by the supplier and also check vehicle against specification, reject any vehicle that is damaged or not supplied to meet the specification required.
You will supply a vehicle pack for the new vehicles and carry out vehicle and drive audits, spot checks to ensure compliance with Licence and EKFB Policies and Standards, record and report all results to the Fleet Manager. In addition, you will use the Vehicle Management Booking System (VBMS) to ensure HGV vehicles follow approved routes only.

Experience in Fleet and Transport Operations.
- Experience in providing operational leadership support of a mixed HGV and White Fleet
- Strong working knowledge of UK fleet and transport regulations
- Experience in vehicle maintenance, service and MOT scheduling
- Experience in tachograph analysis and driver infringement management to ensure compliance
- Experience in analysing KPI reports and taking corrective action when required
