Accountable Resources ¿ Ensure bank reconciliations are accurate and up to date. ¿ Ensure timely posting of bank transactions. ¿ Maintain the treasury inboxes and deal with various admin queries. ¿ Prepare monthly balance sheets for numerous accounts. ¿ Analysis of banking information to support compliance and cash flow analysis ¿ Ad hoc tasks as required

¿ An understanding of double entry bookkeeping ¿ Experience of some accounting operations such as bank reconciliations ¿ Exposure to cash processing in a retail environment desirable but not essential Role Competencies ¿ Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP¿s ) ¿ Accounting systems ¿ Numeric and analytical ¿ Ability to work to deadlines ¿ Good customer focus ¿ Good communication skills
