Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Treasury Systems and Data Manager to join our Treasury team on a 6-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for optimising our Treasury Management System (TMS) and ensuring the efficient management of financial data across the organisation. You will collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to enhance system functionality, streamline reporting processes, and support strategic decision-making. If you have a strong background in treasury systems, data analysis, and project management, we would love to hear from you. What you will be doing:
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancements of the Treasury Management System (TMS), ensuring efficient operation and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with IT and third-party providers to implement system upgrades and customisations that align with financial and reporting needs.
- Streamline data collection processes and ensure the integrity of financial data related to cash, investments, debt, and other treasury activities.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, identifying trends, opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
- Manage foreign exchange and interest rate risk through derivative trading and ensuring adherence to Group Treasury Policy., At RS, as well as the usual employee benefits, you'd expect from a FTSE listed company, including an annual performance bonus, private healthcare, and generous holiday, in the UK, we've just introduced several new Family Friendly Policies including:

- Hands-on experience with Treasury systems and data management, ideally gained within FTSE250 or similarly sized international organisations.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage projects and effectively communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality, accurate financial data.
- Strong Microsoft skills (Power BI experience a plus) and comfort with presenting complex financial information.
