Full Job Description
Location: Stamford Park Trust, based at Ashton Sixth Form College with regular travel to schools within the Trust Contract: 12 Months FTC - Maternity Cover Salary: Grade 4 : £24,191 - £24,575 Hours: 36 hours per week (full time, full year). Flexibility to work additional hours to support marketing and student recruitment events Stamford Park Trust are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity to support our growing Multi-Academy Trust, helping to enhance our brand, engage communities, and celebrate the achievements of students and staff. What You'll Do:
- Assist in delivering impactful marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms
- Create engaging content for websites, social media, and promotional materials
- Support internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging
- Help organise events and capture success stories across the Trust What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Experience in marketing, design, or social media (education sector experience is a plus!)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
