We are keen to reflect this on our Board, and with this recruitment, we are actively looking to enhance the diversity of Trustees.

We are looking for three Trustees with strategic experience and skills who are creative and business-savvy to help support our mission, vision, strategy, and helping to grow WWT's impact and funding in a changing world.

We are particularly interested in talking to people with experience in the following areas:

Natural capital and ecosystem services, or Digital transformation and the power of data to demonstrate impact, or Growing profile, brand engagement and funds But whatever your experience, we're looking for board members to be passionate advocates that keep us on mission and bring a range of skills, abilities and personal qualities.

We all know our natural world is in crisis. But at WWT, the charity for wetlands and wildlife, we also know there's a solution. You'll find it wherever water meets land.

Wetlands are wondrous places and unique ecosystems. In this incredible space lies a solution to a climate crisis and biodiversity being in freefall. Not only do 40% of the world's wildlife depend on wetlands, but our lives do, too.

This is why, at WWT, we are on a mission to restore wetlands and unlock their power. Taking direct action to bring wetlands back to life and inspiring and empowering everyone to do the same.

We're bringing our ambitions to life through our new brand, a new, bolder voice that will change the way people think about wetlands and who we are. By living our values - we lead the way, we inspire connection, and we bring life.

About the roles

As a Trustee of WWT, you'll join a team of over 1500 employees and volunteers. You'll provide oversight, governance, and leadership to the charity at an exciting time, helping us deliver our bold new strategy and shape our future.
