As the UK Environmental Manager you will Accurately report on environmental data as defined by the client. This will include collecting monthly data on client energy consumption, waste and waste recycling, paper and water consumption and consolidating such information in an auditable format for submission quarterly into the clients environmental reporting system (Enablon) and local management committees. Check that all environmental reporting is undertaken by third parties and Supplier and correct information has been provided.,

• Manage the full implementation of audit findings whether they be recommendations, opportunities for improvement and non-conformances. incl. following naming convention as provided by the auditor, thorough closing statement with all the correct evidences attached, and are addressed with the highest priority ahead of scheduled deadline.
• A full thorough review of all legal compliance must be completed ahead of all internal audits, or as soon as the updated legal register has been supplied by 3rd party.
• Monitor general and hazardous waste produced on site, and ensuring all teams are complying with waste legislation
• Ensure all EMS/EnMS documentation has been updated with correct and accurate information in advance of the internal and external audit submission deadlines
• Manage UK audit plan for both internal and external audits, ensuring information given is accurate e.g. correct auditees, invites, meeting rooms etc
• Update quarterly and manage all documentation for UK EMS/EnMS, including updated templates from Global SME Environmental Management System. Including, but not limited to: EMS/EnMS manual, Env action plan, Legal register, NCN log, SOP Env reporting, SOP NC and corrective actions, Local risk and opportunity list, training matrix, En mgmt. EMEA
  
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of seniority
• IT literate with knowledge of MS Office applications
• Previous management experience
• Knowledge of relevant guidelines and legislations
