Full Job Description

  • Develop and implement a strategic quality plan using DMAIC methodology to minimize customer complaints.
  • Lead the shift from QC to QA, focusing on process capability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all processes comply with internal and customer requirements, and meet food contact legislation.
  • Maintain site certifications and ensure compliance with BRC and ISO standards.
  • Audit business operations and suppliers to guarantee compliance with standards and legislation.
  • Support product development processes to ensure new products can be replicated consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and inspire teams to embed a strong quality culture across both UK sites., Work at the forefront of quality and innovation in the packaging industry.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams across Europe, contributing to the wider FP business.
  • Be a driving force behind quality excellence, inspiring teams to meet and exceed standards.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Quality Manager to lead the quality strategy at our UK FP Tray sites., Proven experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of food contact materials and articles legislation.
  • A degree or equivalent in Quality, Scientific, or Manufacturing-related disciplines.
  • Expertise in Lean Sigma principles (Black Belt preferred) and experience in driving change.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
