Full Job Description
- Completing and reviewing loan applications, examining supporting documentation and verifying accuracy.
- Analysing applicant's credit history and financial information to assess eligibility.
- Analysing loan risk, requesting additional information as necessary.
- Identify signs of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Assessing every customer on their individual circumstances and the evidence presented, to ensure good Consumer Outcomes.
- Make loan eligibility judgements, approving or rejecting applications.
- Documenting and effectively communicating the reasons for the approval or rejection of loans.
- Answering customer enquiries regarding loan applications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Achievement of minimum KPI Requirements and Targets, Excellent career progression opportunities, including pathway to our Mortgage Advice team.
- Funding and support available to gain CeMAP Mortgage Advice qualification.

- Hybrid working patterns are available following successful completion of probation with a minimum onsite attendance of 3 days per week. Our Modern, City Centre Offices provide step free access to all areas and we will be happy to discuss any further adaptations.
- Minimum 12 months experience assessing customer applications on their individual circumstances and the evidence presented, to ensure good Customer Outcomes.
- Evidenced ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI / target driven environment.
- Experience meeting consistent quality standards while handling a large volume of customer cases. Desirable

- Experience in identifying vulnerable customer and working with adverse credit indicators.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy
- Problem solving skills.
