Unit Manager - Gaming & Bowling - Internal Applicants Only

As the Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a dedicated team, and delivering outstanding leisure experiences. You will manage staffing, stock, budgets, and customer satisfaction while ensuring the highest standards of service and entertainment.,

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Ocean Gaming & Bowling, ensuring seamless service.
• Lead and inspire a team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for all guests.
• Manage rotas, staffing, and training to maintain high service standards.
• Take ownership of financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations are met.
• Develop marketing and promotional initiatives to increase footfall and customer engagement.
  
  Proven experience in leisure, entertainment, or hospitality management - at least 18 months in a leadership role.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic environment. Strong leadership skills - ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Commercial awareness - experience managing financial performance and controlling costs. Excellent communication and organisational skills - confident in decision-making and problem-solving. Commitment to high standards - ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations. DESIRABLE:
• Hospitality or leisure qualification (NVQ, Diploma, or Degree).
• Experience managing gaming, bowling, or family entertainment venues.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
