With that in mind we're looking for an Update Co-ordinator at our Coventry office to help us as we do so. Do you have proven experience of working in Asset Data Management role? Do you communicate clearly, you're brilliant in managing and influencing internal & external stakeholders? Perhaps you also have experience in providing training to colleagues, validating their quality of work and providing constructive feedback? EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW We have a really exciting role available in our Asset Data Delivery Team, on a 12 month temporary basis. Our Asset Data Delivery Team is accountable for maintaining the Severn Trent's Asset Data register for company assets. They process asset updates from approved internal and external stakeholders in accordance with established quality standards for data held in SAP. This is why its key that you have an ability to not just build, but also maintain relationships with key stakeholders. In the role, you will pro-actively communicate and manage relationships with a variety of internal & external stakeholders, this is to ensure high quality asset updates are received in a timely manner. You'll be the first point of escalation for these stakeholders, you should be able to accept challenges from stakeholders and manage these constructively. A key part of the role is to be the voice for the team in stakeholder meetings and be able to confidently challenge our stakeholders inline with our teams standards. If the situation arises you'll be expected to put your PPE on, travel to investigate the site in person and gather accurate data. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE Apart from being a great fit for the team you will be required to work collaboratively within our department and be confident delivering feedback and coaching on process improvements.
You'll be managing the workflow, including prioritising workflows according to business needs. You should also have experience in packaging up large pieces of work and be effective at managing work allocation and completion to deadlines, whilst taking into account resource availability and skill set, alongside managing stakeholder expectations.
