Job Description: Sales Enablement Specialist UPS Capital Europe, London Office We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales & marketing team in delivering our growth strategy for Europe. You will be working within a global logistics organization with a team of experienced supply chain risk solution specialists, driving continuous improvement in sales processes and data quality. What you'll do The Sales Enablement Specialist will work closely with the sales leadership team to develop and implement a digital sales enablement strategy, leveraging technology, automation, and improving data quality to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library, including sales presentations, product videos, interactive demos and other relevant materials that enhance the sales team's ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless integration of marketing campaigns and sales processes.
  • Support lead generation by providing access to marketing data utilising the CRM platform.
  • Create and deliver robust onboarding and new product training to the sales team to equip them with skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in the field.
  • Ensure all sellers are proficient in product knowledge, value proposition, and sales processes as well as identifying new opportunities to strategically improve sales processes.
  • Support new sales enablement and training initiatives across the region.
  • Become a product and process expert to deliver high quality training and content.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Industrial Engineering, Marketing and other internal teams to continue to innovate and improve the Enablement experience.
  • Help manage and support tools and resources to ensure that sales productivity is continuing to improve and measuring those improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales enablement and digital initiatives and provide regular reports and insights to the sales leadership team.
  • Act as data steward and sales applications lead for the region.
  • What you'll need
  • 2+ years relevant work experience in Sales Enablement, Training or broader Sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and technologies used for sales enablement, including Salesforce and other CRM systems, sales automation software, content management systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, lead generation, and customer journey optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • French, Italian or German language skills beneficial
