A UX Designer with experience working on SaaS platforms required for this exciting 6 month contract. Our client collaborates with some of the biggest brands in the world and this opportunity will suit those that enjoy working in a fast paced, high performing team environment. The UX Designer will help evolve and enhance core internal and external solutions running on the Web/Salesforce platform. You will work closely with the lead UX designer to refine user experiences, improve usability and contribute to the ongoing transformation of a high-impact global SaaS platform. This is a hybrid role based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire that offers the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week.,

• User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points, using findings to inform design decisions.
• UX Design: Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to enhance usability and user experience.
• User Testing: Organise usability tests, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet user needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product leads, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
• Visual Design: Apply best practices in visual design to ensure consistency and a polished user experience across platforms.
• Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including user personas, user flows, and specifications.
  
  Minimum 2-3 years proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work on SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a process-driven international team.
• Ability to analyse user feedback and data to make informed design decisions.
• Adaptability to evolving project requirements and priorities.
• Experience with Salesforce, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not essential.
  
  Day rate will be in the range of £325 - £400 dependent on experience although the client may consider higher for exceptional candidates.
