UX / UI Designer

  Solid experience in a User Experience Design role and comfortable delivering user focused digital products with minimal guidance.
• Ability to demonstrate understanding and application of fundamental principles of UI Design (e.g use of grids and spacing, hierarchy, typography and colour).
• Experience working with agile methodologies within a digital environment and comfortable facilitating workshops and design sprints.
• Understand the opportunities and limitations of the technology that the design solution will be expressed in, and work with developers to determine its implementation.
• The ability to collaborate as part of a team and give constructive feedback on process improvements and can contribute to the structural design of an interface.
• Experience working within the design process established by the UX Lead.
