Value Optimisation Technologist

This factory-based role focuses on optimising processes, improving yields, and driving efficiencies in low-risk food manufacturing. You will spend most of your time on the production floor, working closely with internal teams to ensure cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.,

• Optimise processes and conduct trials to improve yields and efficiency
• Collect and analyse data for product specifications and improvements
• Manage critical paths, trials, and project deliverables
• Ensure food safety, quality, and legal compliance
