As a growing Trust, SWECET welcomes early expressions of interest in opportunities for September 2025 (or earlier) for our secondary schools. The Trust operates three Secondary Schools, Orsett Heath Academy and William Edwards School in Thurrock, and Marshalls Park Academy in Romford. Recruiting and retaining the very best staff is the highest priority at SWECET and as such, our staff Wellbeing Charter is central to our ethos and culture. This includes:

  • Annual wellbeing days for all colleagues,
  • Two week October half term,
  • Lavazza coffee machines in all staff rooms,
  • Perkbox rewards scheme,
  • Generous timetable loadings
  • A rich and broad curriculum offer.
