Your Role:

- Assess and approve vehicle repair estimates using Audatex & in-house systems
- Handle total loss settlements efficiently
- Provide technical expertise to claims teams
- Monitor and enhance repairer performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service and manage expectations

Experience in Vehicle Damage Assessment or Automotive Engineering
- ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA, or AQP (or working towards certification)
- Strong knowledge of repair methods, valuations & estimating
- Proficiency with Audatex & Glassmatix
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
