Full Job Description
As a VHL Lecturer in Professional Cookery, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students. You will bring your industry expertise and passion for food to inspire and motivate learners, helping them develop the practical skills and theoretical knowledge necessary for a successful career in the culinary arts.,
- Inspire and Educate: Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons that motivate students to excel in their studies and careers.
- Hands-On Training: Provide practical training sessions, ensuring students gain real-world skills and confidence.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our electrical installation curriculum.
- Mentorship: Support and guide students through their academic journey, offering advice and encouragement.
Relevant professional qualifications in cookery or culinary arts (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent). - Substantial industry experience within professional cookery or a related field.
- A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
