Job Title: Vice Principal

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £77,551 - £85,529 (L19-L23)

Start Date: September 2025

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time

About the Senior Leadership Department

The Senior Leadership team at The Bulwell Academy is made up of our new principal, an executive principal, three vice principals and five assistant principals and not to mention Barry, the school dog. The collective aim of the team is to ensure that all our children receive the very best education, and therefore outcomes.

About You:

As a Vice Principal for Behaviour at The Bulwell Academy, you will bring a strong commitment to fostering a positive school environment, leading initiatives to improve student engagement and behaviour, and inspiring both staff and students to uphold the school's core values. Our ideal candidate would:

· Bring resilience and a 'can do' and 'will do' work ethic.

· Have the ability to persuade and influence other towards to schools' vision.

· Set high expectations and foster a culture of where pupils respect others and their physical surroundings.

Requirements:

· Honours Degree

· Qualified Teacher Status

· Record of relevant continuous professional development (including a significant leadership / management component)
